Welcome to the Youngstown City School District Transportation Department. Transportation for eligible resident students will be provided by the Youngstown City Schools Transportation Department. It is important that you are familiar with the transportation policies and guidelines contained in this reference guide. Safe, appropriate, and timely transportation is a team effort. Working together, we can provide a positive experience for your student as we transition into a new school year. E-Link Parent Portal

The Versatrans E-Link Parent Portal allows parents to look up the students bus assignment information. Click on E-Link Parent Portal and log in using the following:

• Username = jane.smith ← that’s jane dot smith with no spaces

• Password is the student’s date of birth = 01012014 (passwords are 2 digit month, 2 digit day and 4 digit year like 01012014)

Beginning with Summer school 2017, the Transportation Department will be providing a service called Versatrans My Stop. My Stop can be viewed on a computer with a web browser or with your smartphone (search for Versatrans My Stop in your devices app store). My Stop integrates with our routing software and our on-board GPS to provide parents and/or guardians with an estimated time of arrival to the assigned bus stop.

Log into Versatrans My Stop with a web browser or your smartphone app using your students name and date of birth as follows:

• Username = firstname.lastname

• Password = MMDDYYYY

Alternative Transportation Request
Complete and submit this form to have your Pre-school through 6th grade student picked up or dropped of at an address other than your home.
